Node 9 provides media production services, including but not limited to live event streaming, recording, "Point of Interest" social media clip creation, interviews, event montages, post-production, and technical event support. Specific services, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement for each project.

3. Use of Website

You may use our website for informational purposes and to inquire about our services. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Node 9 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Content created by Node 9 for a client project will be subject to the intellectual property terms agreed upon in the SOW or service agreement. Typically, clients will own the final produced media, while Node 9 may retain rights to use excerpts for promotional purposes, with client consent.

5. Quotes and Payments

Quotes provided by Node 9 are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final project costs will be detailed in the SOW. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will also be specified in the SOW.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event, securing necessary permissions and licences for content to be streamed or recorded (e.g., music licences, speaker releases), and ensuring a safe working environment for our crew if on-site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Node 9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in the SOW or service agreement.

9. Governing Law
